By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about our charitable work in combating HIV stigma, promoting education, and supporting immigrant communities affected by HIV/AIDS. It includes resources, stories, donation facilities, and contact options. All content is for informational and charitable purposes only.

2. Donations

  • Donations made via the Website are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., Australian Consumer Law).

  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe or similar) for secure transactions. Their terms apply to payments.

  • Donations may be tax-deductible once we obtain Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement from the ATO – confirm your eligibility with a tax advisor.

  • 100% of donations support our charitable purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

  • Post defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Website's operation (e.g., hacking, viruses).

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.
